This collection of nine value homes was designed and built by Ventura to the requirements of one of the UK’s leading affordable housing providers, Wales & West Housing Association, who purchased the development to increase their housing stock within the Wrexham County Borough Council area.

The mix of terraced / semi-detached houses and apartments were built in accordance with stringent Welsh Assembly Government Development Quality Requirements incorporating the Lifetime Homes, Ecohomes and Secured by Design initiatives to produce flexible living spaces accessible to all including the disabled. The development, including private parking to all dwellings, is accessed off a new public highway constructed by our in-house civil engineering team.

Ventura was commended by the Local Authority and Assembly Government for its efficiency and quality of construction of this £1.2M development.
